Spend caps
Every account has a hard weekly token-spend ceiling. When you reach it, new messages are blocked until the cap resets or an admin adjusts it.
Free tier
Free accounts start at $1/week of AI compute. This is enough for light use but will run out quickly on long conversations or image-heavy sessions. Your current spend and cap are shown in the topbar widget while in the chat.
Getting a higher cap
Higher caps are granted after professional verification. Once approved, an admin raises your limit manually. There is no self-serve upgrade flow. See Access Verification.
When you hit the cap
The chat stops accepting new messages. You can still read your conversation history. The cap resets on a weekly schedule — the exact reset time is shown in the spend widget.
