Anyone can register a free account with a verified email, but meaningful capability — higher spend caps, unrestricted usage — is gated behind professional verification. We manually review applicants. We do not grant elevated access to accounts we cannot identify.

Scope-aware responses
The AI is instructed to operate within declared engagement boundaries. It frames all guidance around authorized testing and will not generate attack content without a professional context.
No anonymous access
Every account requires email verification before the chat interface is unlocked. Anonymous, throwaway, or unverifiable accounts cannot access the platform.
Hard spend caps
Free-tier accounts are limited to $1/week of AI compute. This makes bulk, automated abuse economically unviable before any human review takes place.
Conversation logging
All conversations are stored and associated with the authenticated account. There is no anonymous or ephemeral mode. Abusive sessions can be reviewed and actioned.
Verification gate for full access
Elevated spend caps and unrestricted access are only granted after professional verification — this means a real identity, a demonstrable professional background, and a manual review.
The verification path
Professional verification requires demonstrating a legitimate offensive security background — employer, certifications (OSCP, CEH, GPEN, CRTO etc.), or a documented engagement history. Applications are reviewed manually and can be rejected.
Verified accounts carry a named identity. If an account is found to be abusing the platform, it is immediately suspended and the associated identity is flagged. Repeat or serious violations are reported to relevant authorities.
Report misuse
If you believe h4ckbot is being used to facilitate unauthorized activity, contact us immediately. All reports are taken seriously and investigated.
